Maternal and Child health Care Initiative

The maternal and child health care initiative project was sponsored by the European Union(EU). The project targeted two ditrict, Pujehun and Bonthe.

Target Beneficiaries:  26,896 children under five years and 5,844 pregnant women in Pujehun district;  13,820 children under five years and 2,908 pregnant women in Bonthe district; 100 health service providers from 10 PHUs and 18 from district hospitals in both Pujehun and Bonthe districts.

Year of implementation was 2013.
